1. Our Community Standards

• Must not impersonate other players, public figures, celebrities, or ValoraSpin staff.
• Must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit language of any kind.
• Must not include personal contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles.

Usernames found to be in violation of these rules will be subject to forced modification or account suspension without prior warning.

3. Fair Play

We are committed to maintaining a level playing field for every player on ValoraSpin. Our games are powered by a browser-based pseudorandom number generator and are designed to be equally fair to all participants. To protect this integrity, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or macros to play games or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or unintended game behaviours for personal gain.

Accounts found to be engaged in any of the above activities will be permanently terminated and any accumulated virtual coin balance will be forfeited.

ValoraSpin operates a zero-tolerance policy toward the following behaviours. Violations are taken extremely seriously and will result in immediate action:

• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive behaviour directed at other players in any form.
• Sharing, posting, or distributing content that is discriminatory, violent, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Attempting to buy, sell, trade, or transfer virtual coins to other users outside of official platform mechanics.
• Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about the ValoraSpin platform, its staff, or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent age verification systems or assisting underage individuals in accessing the platform.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter another player behaving in a way that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it promptly. Use the Contact Us page to submit a report, including as much detail as possible about the incident — such as the username involved, the time it occurred, and a description of the behaviour.

All reports are treated confidentially and reviewed by our moderation team within 48 hours. We do not tolerate retaliation against players who submit good-faith reports.

6. Consequences

Violations of these guidelines are handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the severity and frequency of the behaviour. Possible consequences include, but are not limited to:

• A formal written warning issued to the account holder.
• A temporary suspension of access to game features or the platform as a whole.
• Permanent termination of the account, with no right of appeal for severe violations.

ValoraSpin reserves the right to take action at our sole discretion. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept this right.

7. Responsible Gaming Reminder
